Individual Tax Returns
1040 Federal Income Tax returns for everyone.
- Single Individual income tax return (unmarried, divorced, or spouse deceased more than a few years – with no dependents)
- Head of Household tax return (a single person responsible for 1 or more dependents)
- Married Filing Jointly tax return (most married couples will file their taxes Jointly)
- Married Filing Separately tax return (certain situations that may include separation or may just be more beneficial for total tax bill)
- Surviving Spouses tax return (widows or widowers who would have filed Jointly with their late spouse have a transition period before they would go back to filing Single)
- Minors tax return (did you know that many teen workers have taxes taken out of their paychecks that they could get back – but only if they file a tax return?)
Don’t forget – if one of my customers has minor children, I will do their returns for free as an add on to the parent(s) returns! Once they’re 21, however, they’re free to do their own filing, seek their own professional, or decide to become a full fledged customer of mine themselves.
Business Tax Returns
- Sole proprietorship – just you? do you have a 1099-nec? or 1099-misc? how about an EIN? LLC? Don’t worry – I’ll file it the right way, whether that’s a Schedule C or something else.
- Partnership – informal? formal? do you each have a percent of the company or shares? is it incorporated? Don’t worry – I’ll file what you need, whether that’s a 1065 or something else.
- Corporation – small (“S-corporation”)? or larger (“C-corporation”)? Do you have many shareholders? Is it a pass through entity or does it pay it’s own taxes? Don’t worry. I can figure out if it needs an 1120, an 1120S, or something else.
- Do you have a unique business situation that you’re not sure what to do with? Don’t worry. I can help you work through it and figure out the best way to file for you.
